Liquidnet Partners with Gen-AI Startup Boltzbit to Optimize Fixed Income Workflow
Liquidnet has teamed up with Gen-AI startup Boltzbit to revolutionize its fixed income primary markets workflow. This collaboration will enable the company to receive, process, and display newly announced bond deals at an unprecedented rate, thanks to Boltzbit’s AI machine learning solutions and workflow model.
Streamlined fixed income workflow
Prior to this partnership, Liquidnet relied on traditional parsing technology to manage its workflow. However, with Boltzbit’s innovative solution, the company can now interrogate data using natural language queries, supported by dynamic reports. This shift will make bonds more readily available through Liquidnet’s deal announcement dashboard and subsequently into its new issue order book.
“We’ve always been big proponents of interoperability and integrated solutions to bring true efficiency to bond primary markets. Our partnership with Boltzbit is a reflection of that strategy,” says Mark Russell, head of Fixed Income Strategy at Liquidnet.
Dr. Yichuan Zhang, CEO and co-founder of Boltzbit, echoes this sentiment, stating, “Bond primary markets remain an area that can benefit from new or improved technology solutions, and we are excited to partner with both Liquidnet and TP ICAP who have been at the forefront of this effort.”
The potential of AI in finance
Zhang believes that GenAI has the potential to bring significant productivity gains and create new products and services in the financial services sector. As the next wave of technological innovation, GenAI is poised to revolutionize the industry.
With this partnership, Liquidnet and Boltzbit are paving the way for a more efficient and technology-driven fixed income workflow. As the financial services sector continues to evolve, it will be exciting to see the impact of GenAI on the industry as a whole.
